Manufacturing for Light Aircraft and Microlights

Away from motorsport, Jedi Racing Cars also work in the light aircraft sector, providing parts which include aluminium fuel tanks for the CFM Shadow Microlight fleet and for the Pulse R, built and supplied by Micro light supplier P&M Aviation.

Since starting manufacture of Aluminium replacement fuel tanks for the CFM Shadow in 2011, we have worked closely with both the LAA (Light Aircraft Association) and the BMAA (British Microlight Aircraft Association), with all variations of the aircraft now catered for.

The fuel tanks are supplied as a direct replacement and with all necessary paperwork removing the necessity to apply for a ‘Mod’, and are fully approved by the LAA and BMAA. Other benefits of the tanks include removable finger strainers and modified breathers, and we hold in stock all other associated parts. Having our own spray shop also means that your tanks can be painted to match your aircraft, or if you choose they can be left in natural aluminium finish.
